Nos comunica el P. Mitxel, Director del Colegio, que acaba de subir a la WEB tres nuevos temas de Formación. Corresponden a los meses de Marzo-Abril y se insertan en Formación Religiosa, Escuela AFA y Ezagutubarakaldo. Buena ocasión para revisar el amplio material que se va acumulando poco a poco y que, quizá, ni sepamos que existe.

Iraq war movie “The Hurt Locker,” took the Oscars by storm on Sunday winning six of the major film honors, including best movie and director for Kathryn Bigelow who became the first woman to win that honor.
The drama about a squad of bomb defusing specialists and the emotional toll war takes on them also secured writer Mark Boal the Academy Award for best original screenplay, and claimed honors for film editing, sound editing and mixing.
“Hurt Locker” and Bigelow won Oscars over stiff competition from her ex-husband James Cameron, whose sci-fi adventure “Avatar” is the top-grossing movie ever with $2.5 billion at box offices and was seen as a favorite for best movie.
“This really is, there’s no other way to describe it, it’s the moment of a lifetime,” Bigelow said.

Veteran Jeff Bridges claimed best actor playing a drunken country singer in drama “Crazy Heart.” The son of Hollywood star Lloyd Bridges, held his trophy high over his head, looking to the heavens and thanking his deceased parents.
“Mom and Dad, yeah,” he shouted. “Thank you Mom and Dad for turning me on to such a groovy profession.”
Sandra Bullock was named best actress for “The Blind Side” in a first for the actress once dubbed “America’s Sweetheart” because she won so many early fans in her romantic comedies.
But for “The Blind Side,” she took the part of a real-life, strong-willed mother who helps take a homeless youth off the street and makes him into a football success. “Did I really earn this, or did I just wear you all down?” she joked on Oscar’s stage.
Dark drama “Precious: Based on the Novel ‘Push’ by Sapphire” earned two Oscars including supporting actress for Mo’Nique and adapted screenplay for writer Geoffrey Fletcher, who became the first African American to claim that honor.
Christoph Waltz won best supporting actor for his turn as a menacing Nazi officer in revenge fantasy “Inglourious Basterds,” which follows a band of American Jews killing their enemies behind lines during World War Two.
“Up” was named best animated movie, and Argentina’s “The Secret in Their Eyes” won best foreign language film.

A primera hora de la mañana ha salido para Vitoria el curso de 2º de ESO. Realizarán una visita a la ciudad y a distintos monumentos de la misma. El viaje entra en las actividades complementaris que, en parte, están financiadas por la AFA. Esperamos un buen aprovechamiento.

La Semana transcurrió con normalidad. Algunas cuestiones sifnificativas fueron: reunión de la Junta de la AFA, reunión del Comité de Calidad con el asesor externo y sesiones de evaluación de ESO y ESPO. Los alumnos de 1º ESO A completaron el programa EzagutuBarakaldo.

Se reunió ayer, jueves, por la tarde, junto al asesor D. Sebastián Cerro. Por la mañana, igualmente, estuvo reunido con el Director y Subdirector. Se trataron diversos temas referentes a procesos de organización, áreas de mejora, redacción de la Memoria para Evaluación Externa, etc….

Pocas cuestiones para la noticia. El profesorado desarrolló su mensual Jornada de Coordinación-Formación; el Departamento de Pastoral organizó la celebración del Miércoles de Ceniza; el alumnado de 6º de Primaria finalizó su participación en el Programa Ezagutubarakaldo; también finalizó el curso de “seguridad en Internet”.

Seguirán los exámenes de la 2ª evaluación; el lunes tendrá su sesión ordinaria el Programa SIEP-FEAC para Infantil y Primaria. El Miércoles, día 17 (Ceniza), el Departamento de Pastoral ha planificado una serie de celebraciones:; el mismo miércoles el profesorado tendrá su habitual Jornada de Coordinación-Formación.

Como estaba previsto, los alumnos de 2º de PRIMARIA han salido esta mañana para pasar dos días en la Granja-Escuela “Baratze”. La Climatología no será impedimento para realizar la mayoría de las actividades teniendo en cuenta que las instalaciones son excelentes. Hace un momento nos han llamado para decirnos que han llegado sin ningún contratiempo y ya tenían asignadas las habitaciones.
